I am looking at getting some new "3 season" tires (I have winter tires) for my Suburban in before the spring. I want a tire in the all-terrian type category, and something that is decent in the snow (for those unexpected early snow falls).
For a long time I was looking at either the classic BF Goodrich All Terrian T/A, and I also have hear glowing reviews from owners of Bridgestone Dueler Revo's.
Then I came across these Road Venture SAT KL61, and it looks like a better tire on paper than the others, for a less cost. Not only does it have the Severe snow rating (unlike the Revo's) it also has a very high treadwear rating (in the 640 in my size). I have been very impressed with the Kumho's we put on our little Honda, so I am thinking of trying these.
Any opinions or experiences?
