How many people could legitimately afford the following home??
There was a estate in my home county of Gloucester called the Mars estate... $25,000,000 for sale in .... 2004.
Heck I'd bet now it's worth north of 30 million dollars now.
The Mars family aka Mars candy family had built that monster home on a high bluff over looking the York River.
Totally surrounded by fencing, 24 hour security on premises, cameras everywhere on property and at the end of the driveway... etc etc. When I was a kid I always wondered what was behind that fence and the two cameras facing the driveway. You couldn't see the house from that road. That place was on the left right before the big hill that dropped down towards the river on the way to my grandfather's home.
An amazing place... It so huge you can see it clearly from 3 miles away on the opposite side of the York River on the Colonial Parkway.
