I just did my first oil change using my recently purchased Rhino Ramps, on the '97 Accord.
I had just removed the valve cover to replace the spark plug tube seals, two of which were leaking oil into the tubes, and then idled the car for around ten minutes to check for gasket leaks.
I then asked my wife to drive the car onto my new ramps.
I have never had an easier oil change on any modern crossflow Honda. The old non-crossflow head engines had the oil filter placed for easy access.
It was a piece of cake to remove the filter.
I had previously placed a piece of 2"X8" on the driver's side and backed onto it to raise the car enough to wriggle under far enough to get to the filter.
I have done this with both of our Accords for years, and have done the same with the BMW to get to its drain plug.
A true PITA!
With the ramps, everything is really easy.
I should have bought these years ago.

They are nice, but with my rear wheel drive Crown Vic it is impossible to nudge it up just enough to where the front wheels get into the little depressions and no farther, I end up dragging them forward half a foot or so.

But it was pretty cewl for my Yaris oil change and my coolant flush recently (made unhooking the lower radiator hose a snap).

Jackstands I think are more versatile though, since my ramps recommended not using it to jack up the rear wheels.

Watch out for the rubber pads they like to fall out.
Use extreme caution in cold weather,i had an excursion break a pair of the 12,000lb ramps shortly after putting the front of it on them, thank god i wasn't under it.
Use stands under the car also for safety.

For a light weight car in warm weather they are nice light ramps and should be no trouble.
