I was looking though my records on my 95 Nissan Altima and saw that the spark plugs have been in there since 2007. I figure I should replace them, should I also replace the spark plug wires as well even if they do not have any signs of wear or damage? Thanks!

If the spark plug wires do not have any signs of damage I would keep it. My LS400 is a year older with 270+k miles has original wires, the last platinum plugs were changed about 5-6 years 70-80k miles ago, I will change plugs in 2-3 years if I still have the car.

+1. Even though the one poster said he's got 270k on the original set, 17 years IS a long time on one set.

This. The factory service manual might even have specs for the resistance the wires should have.

A set that lasts 17 years is gonna be the cheapest set you ever buy, regardless of what the going in price may be.

This really depends on miles, heat, and if it is garage kept.
But at those long years, I'd dive in and change things if it was mine.
