Replacing gaskets & Dex-Cool, how to flush

I need to get my lower intake gaskets replaced on my 3.1L. What should I look for when choosing a shop that would best rid the cooling system of all dex-cool before having it replaced with G-05?

You're really at their mercy of them doing the job how they see fit.

Anybody familiar with any kind of equipment that shops could have that does a good job of getting out all the old coolant?

I just filled the system with water, drained and repeated until all the chunks of dexcool came out.

We have a machine that uses water and air to flush it out. Takes about 3 hrs if it's really dirty.
