It has a 4" intake tube. I want a big, dry media, OEM type filter to clamp in place of it. Over the counter, big enough for air flow for a diesel truck with turbo. Something that flows without letting dust through.

No, I do not want an OEM filter. My truck came with a big, circle filter, like found on a carburator.
I want a round filter with a 4 inch tube to fit the silicone sleeve coming off my non OEM turbo on my non OEM engine.
I want it to be have dry "paper" media. I want it to be as large as available and I want it to filter as fine as I can get one too.

Yes it cost a little more but you clean it and reuse it, that brings down the cost per mile if you want to look at it like that.

One more thing. Since you have that big ol 4" pipe you should put one of these on so you know when to clean that big new filter when it does get dirty.

You don't want to clean it to soon because a clean filter lets in more dirt than one that has some miles on it. This filter minder tells you when to clean it so you can run it for more miles till the restriction goes up to around 11" for gas 20 to 25" for diesel. I got 90k miles on my last air filter and I changed it out because of time(years) not because of it having to much restriction.
