Redline 0W-30 / 10000km Oil Lift on 2.7liter Land Cruiser Prado

Oxidation at 120+ Wow don't see that very often. Redline must be using good quality base oils. Al is a bit spiked but overall looks good.
Pardon me for my ignorance, should I be looking for a higher or lower number for Oxidation number? what is the baseline for Oxidation in a fresh oil be?

So long as it's new oil that you're using Oxidation is no issue. There's no standard to have. However, There is a peak into what an oil's oxidation value is new, like this report, is said that a higher quality base oil has higher oxidation number value. As for using the oil it should be no more than 17 higher than the starting value. So if your oil is 120 You'd want to keep the oil's oxidation value no more than 137 but that's up to the lab you use on weather they flag it there or not.
