Red Line SI-1 dispensing container plastic

I have recently started a test run with Red Line SI-1. I added 4 ounces of SI-1 and then topped off the 13.2 gallon tank in my 2007 Civic LX with Shell V-Power. This works out to a treat rate of 1/3 ounce per gallon of gasoline, which is the recommended treat rate as per Red Line.

I noticed that the SI-1 bottle is made from PVC plastic. Up till now I have used Lucas UCL, which is sold in HDPE plastic bottles. I would like to use a Lucas "One Shot" bottle to add the SI-1 to my gas tank, but am concerned that the HDPE plastic may not be suited for the chemicals in SI-1. My concern is that SI-1 may somehow break down the HDPE plastic, ultimately allowing the plastic to end up in my gas tank.

Any thoughts on this? I plan to call Red Line to see what they have to say.
 
Why not just fill up that one shot bottle of Lucas with Redline for a few weeks and see if it 'melts' the plastic ?

I also got a 2007 Civic EX (same engine as LX) and I use the entire bottle of Redline SI-1 with the least expensive 87 octane gas I can find.

I am using SI-1 on a continuous basis, so using an entire bottle for each fill up would be way too much. The recommended treat rate as per Red Line is 1/3 or 1/6 ounce per gallon of gasoline for continuous use. I thought about filling up a "One Shot" bottle to see if anything happens, but sometimes chemical reactions take place without outwardly visible evidence.
