According to the BITOG VOA library the Mobil 1 Extended Performance formulation is a little beefier than the old red cap. I wouldn't hesitate to use it. The moly count is only up by 10ppm, calcium by 598, zinc by 201 and phos by 151. I'll be more than happy to try a batch and send in a sample for analysis (you'll have to wait until next year though, gotta get some miles on this batch of the old red cap stuff

Mobil 1 mx4t 10/4O has more moly content than the 15/50 GOLD OR RED CAP amd MOBIL DELVAC 115w40 conventional!!!!!!!!! I use mobil delvac 15w40 (motocross bikes). The moly is in the 40ppm range,mx4t is in the 90ppm range so all the talk we hear about moly is bad for a wet clutch must be just hear say.I guess to a certain amount of moly.
