So I have quite a few dog photos that are really good but the background is not optimal. Example : begging for prime rib with the background of the messy kitchen.

Where can I get decent job of it being cropped and place a new more neutral background.?

Start with a search for Photoshop services on Craigslist, FB marketplace, etc. Place your own ad in these or other sites. If you do, I'd recommend getting a throw-away email (or use relay in craigslist). Otherwise, you're going to get bombarded.

Another option: if you have a local community college offering photography classes, you might be able to find a student willing to do some edits. Maybe even find someone in high school.

I used to do portrait photography and had a couple of off-shore sources to do some of my editing. Usually cost roughly $10/photo.

If you have a Mac or an iPad, you can do simple editing included with the Photos app. Wife and I at a park years ago on a volunteer clean up day. Note the parking lot.

Look at the missing cars in the bottom pic.
I would have left the cars and erased the garbage cans.....

The AI added dog isn't bad but the lighting isn't from the same direction and there's gravel in the loop of his tail not blacktop. What website or whatever did you use to do that?

At one time I used Photoshop professionally. It's possible to make changes that can't be seen but it's not easy.

Just my phone. It's super basic and more for fun.

Reminds me of the "swirl face" child molester case. The perpetrator used a reversible effect to obscure his face, and he was caught after someone used Photoshop in reverse.
