Reccuring shipping issue with Homedepot

So I purchased a cleaning spray from HD a while ago that never arrived. I checked the tracking code and found out that it was returned to the seller because "damage reported."

So I oredered a replacement earlier this week, and exact the same thing happening again! Advise me folks, how can I get it delivered? I will try shipping to a store option, hoping that it might have a different packaging then

Ship it to the store, hope there is one not too far from you. That's what I do if it's an 'iffy' or expensive product.

It is a 24oz spray for cleaning rubber marks. I just ordered to the store. Lets see if I get luckier this time

I just ordered some milwaukee stuff from HD over the weekend. It was supposed to arrive Monday.

Sunday PM, it had a delivery issue, UPS claimed it didn't have the package, and wasn't expected to make it. It was delivered a few minutes ago.

I love that for the engine oil. This one happens to be half the price on HD

Often deliver to store comes to the store on the Home Depot regular delivery truck from an area depot. Sometimes it actually makes a trip from one store to another on the regular trucks doing their routes.
And then sometimes it is shipped by UPS, USPS, DHL, and they have problems more often than ship to store.

I wouldn't doubt it was damaged. Took me 3 tries to get an undamaged vanity from HD. After getting a damaged water heater I went to the store and opened the boxes before purchase. At least 2 more were also damaged.
