Raw Garlic Eaters

Been really into garlic lately and my newest obsession is garlic stuffed olives. In fact I just ate a jar of them for lunch.

Some people are drinkers, some enjoy sweets, I'm an onion and garlic guy. But the health properties are intriguing me too. I know what you're going to say: "But hey crashz, eating a whole jar of olives in not exactly healthy" Pssshaw. If one garlic clove is good for you, 15 must be better!

But seriously, I'm very susceptible to allergies, colds, and sinus infections (battling one now) and the oregano oil and garlic look to be a good tool to help with those. I also enjoy plenty of personal space, so I don't mind the stench.

Eat enough garlic and the germ carriers will keep their distance, too!

Are there any DAILY raw garlic eaters here? I've been doing one raw clove of garlic daily in the morning on an empty stomach....this is all for perceived medical benefits. No matter what I eat afterward or how much tooth brushing / mouthwashing afterwards my breath still has a pungent order for at least 3-4 hours....and even after that you can still smell it though it is not as strong. To those that eat it, what do you do to keep your breath from smelling really bad?
My breath just smells bad, I only eat raw garlic when I have tooth issues that the dentist says aren’t there and if I’m sick.

Works well oddly

I have been trying "garlic water" as shown on more recent videos. You crush the clove and wait 9-10 minutes for allicin to fully form and then you put in a glass of water. You drink it down w/o chewing and you drink it all w/in 45 minutes. It is not harsh at all and easier to consume that way for me.

Crushed garlic down the hatch as well?

I could do this, doesn't matter, because all I ever get is "you stink" from the wife anyway.
