Racing 20W50 dino vs regular 20W50 dino

Anyone have any experience/knowledge on conventional racing oils? For example,what would be the differences between Valvoline VR1 20W50 (the Street Legal formula)/Pennzoil Racing 20W50 and Valvoline Premium Conventional 20W50/Pennzoil yb 20W50?

I tried a few searches here on this site (PCMO and the Racing Oil forum),but found no info.

I Googled both oils and alot of sports car enthusiasts swear by the racing oils.

The racing oils usually have more of the surface-active antiwear adds such as ZDDP, and some racing oils have have less of the detergents such as calcium-containing additives than their "street" oil counterparts. Have you been able to find any datasheets on the ones you listed? This may tell you some things as well. VOA's will let you compare levels of some of the more common additive types.
