Quick: Can I use auto-rx and SLOB simultaneously?

I'm about a half quart short of oil.. should I get a ride to buy some? Or can I mix some SLOB with my ARX treatment? Would it hurt? Not make any diff?

I wouldn't put in any other additives while A-Rx is working. Get a quart or two of cheap oil to top-off with and keep on hand.

thanks for the advice. I didnt add anything yet.

The car is a 1994 318is with a 4 cyl m42 engine. Engine has some valve noise.. so I'm hoping it will help my engine live a little bit longer
