Questions about Installing 4 Horn Setup

Hi Guys- I'm getting ready to install a 4 Horn setup from late 80s Cadillacs into my truck (97 Landcruiser). Not knowing much about horn relays, I was planning to use my existing horn relay. Considering my stock setup consists of 2 horns, and I will be upgrading to 4 horns, do I need to get another relay for the other two horns, or can I just wire them all with my stock relay? If I do need 2 relays, do I need to get the Caddy relays, or can I just use two of my own stock relays? Thanks in advance for any help!

yeah, i'd get another relay. Could be any generic 30 amp relay. I'd wire it off the steering wheel signal wire, not the other relay output, so if one relay died, you'd still have horns.

I used the existing relay when I added a Hella dual air horn on my 2001 Acura CL-S, but I disconnected the stock horns. And I had to put in a 25A fuse when I blew the original 20A fuse by blowing the horn and pressing the brakes simultaneously (at some Hummer taking up the whole road). Seems fine in my opinion to go up over 25% for a short horn burst.

I have a four-horn setup from an '82 Seville, PLUS a FIAMM marine horn in it's second installation. One HELLA relay used to signal/power all five, but two wouldn't have been much harder. Be sure of bare metal grounds. I used 2-fuses.

I have a two horn setup, Stebel Nautilus which came with its own relay and also a BOSCH Europa with BOSCH horn relay. I have an alternate switch to switch between either horns, in India for driving, horns are a necessity for survival, not an intrusion.

Good folks, I bought a set of German-made HELLA horns from them, along with a dedicated 55W reverse lamp.
