Quaker State Torque Power and 4x4 Suv Full Syn

I went to walmart today and to my suprise they had QS 4x4 full syn. and It's advanced syn on sale for $2.00 a qt. I asked them what the deal was on the price and they told me they were not carrying it anymore because of lack of sales at this location. I have always used castrol syntec or penzoil plat.Would this be a drop off in quality?
