Would this be good to use in my 1995 Nissan Altima with 195,700 miles? Oil change coming up this week. I have been using the Quaker State High Mileage but this Defy looks interesting. I have read the past posts here about Defy but I still do not know....thoughts??

Defy is QS's new High Mileage oil as it replaced the Quaker State High Mileage. It is rated SL due to its higher levels of zinc. I'd say use it with confidence!

Sound like your engine would be a perfect candidate for this oil. Please report back and let us know what you think if you end up using it. I like all QS lubes so I don't see any reason why this wouldn't be a great product.

Didn't know it was a syn-blend, will eventually try it in the Jeep I'm sure.
