UOA's with particle counts can certainly offer some insight, but I think the guy who did the testing would be pretty quick to mention the limitations of that sort of testing. That's why it's nice to have certified, repeatable tests--and I why I like manufacturers and distributors who publish this data. As I said, I think the M1 filter is probably a fine filter, but until XOM publish these results from these standardized tests, I'm not going to go out of my way to buy the filter.
