I did the first oil change at 1200 miles and this was the 4th oil change with Pennzoil Ultra Platinum with a Wix filter. I am not really sure why the copper is so high? I would think after 4 oil changes by products of break in should be gone. The only thing changed on the engine is an catch can. I drive this car very little so I am thinking about getting a pump to pull oil at to check levels again at 3K

UOAs on young engines only really confirm break-in is occurring.
Yes - 4 OCIs should flush out most, but apparently the break-in of components is still present; they're not done shedding metals yet.
Nothing unexpected here.

Does the engine have copper plated components; oil cooler, perhaps? That is often the source of Cu in UOAs.

Interesting that PUP OW-20 seems to be “thick” for the grade whereas 5W-30 is “thin” or sheers relatively quickly to a 20wt in UOAs I’ve seen of it.
No way this oil is PUP 0W-20. PUP 0W-20 starts at 8.5 max. This has to be 5W-30. Or Blackstone are liars and steal people's money like they stole mine here 😡

It does have an oil cooler. I am sitting here looking at 3 cases of the 5 quart jugs and they say 0w-20. I buy my own oil and change it myself so I am wondering how oil with different viscosity was in my car? Should I use a different lab? I noticed all the other PUP 0W-20 I have tested in my other vehicles is 7 something

Yes, use a different lab. Use Oil Analyzers. I don't trust Blackstone, they probably used somebody else's sample instead of yours

Copper is totally normal to see in a HEMI, you can search my UOA's to see if you'd like. That said, with the visc off so much, I agree with others who have suggested OAI/Polaris for future UOA's.

I emailed BS about the viscosity and her is the response I got.

"This oil could qualify as either a 5W/30 or 0W/20. There is some overlap in the viscosity ranges at operating temp, and your oil is in the overlap range between 0W/20 and 5W/30. It is closer to the 5W/30 range, though — it would be on the very upper end of the 0W/20 range."

Yeah, no. That's sketchy as hell, these grades are very clearly defined in J300. xW-20 ends at 9.3cSt, they provided you with a reading of 10.03cSt, that's very clearly well into the xW-30 range.
