I'd just be pleased if the local winds (or something?) weren't constantly blowing dust, tree seeds, pollen and leaves any time I left the garage door open for more than a minute...

Interior design on the place to park cars is lower priority than the car.
Imagine thinking that concrete doesn't crack.
Or that OP's floor isn't basically spotless.
What's the priority? Never understood guys that obsess over garage floors. Seems to function fine as a floor to me!
I think I would surprise you in being more like an old man in many ways than you assume...despite my lack of crack sealing and epoxy.
Most garage slabs around here in the mid 90's when my house was built were without expansion joints, but even with them they still crack due to the clay soil, lack of drainage, and annual temps that swing within a range of 130 degrees summer to winter. 2-year-old concrete cracks here...it's a lost cause.

I had cracks and cement floor too but am sure enjoying nice floor last few years. Just don't see a need to spend money to replace good wheels with another set of expensive wheels, that's all.
