Closed or facing the opposite way open? I recently cut open a PRO-TEC PXL10255 that I though half the louvers were closed but upon closer inspection, they were just stamped open the opposite way every other row. .

That is a good point, however, you can see the ones that are supposed to be open facing upwards are halfway open. These Pro-Tec's are such a hit or miss for quality or at least the ones out of Mexico.
