This filter and Safety Kleen 5w30 synthetic was in and on a 22’ Lincoln Corsair SUV. Amosr 7,500 miles on oil and filter. Vehicle has 30k on it at the time. Put a Auto Extra Made in China 51348 on and same oil in.


Surprisingly, it didn’t tear

If they make a good one great but if they have a trend, as you said, of not being real high quality then this one is the exception & not the rule. At least this one has open louvers it appears.
