I'm willing to bet they're the same, or darn close. Same manufacturer (Premium Guard.) Different paint!

In reality, Pronto could spec something different, like maybe the anti-drainback valve or something. I doubt it though.

I would have no issue running either one.

Did you end up using the filters? I’m looking at either the pronto one or the Wix Protec on rock auto. My OCI is 3500-4000 miles, so I figure I don’t have to spend a ton on a decent filter. I have multiple cars that use the same filter, so I do about 15-20 oil changes per year.

No, I haven't used them yet. I'll grab a few on my next large order with RockAuto.

Also saw these on FB Marketplace. Local biz is selling these for $2 a pop. Seller told me
they're made in China by phutungckc.com
