Anyone know about PRO-Blend Engine Cool? (Not Pro-Long)

I was impressed about 10 years ago with a demonstration where a motor drived shaft hooked to an ameter (sp?) was stopped with another bar hooked to a torque wrench. W/O lube it took very little pressure to stop it. With standard oil, it took around 50 lbs to stop it. With a little Pro_blend added, I couldn't stop it. Then the whole thing was wiped dry and It was hard to stop and the oil that you couldn't wipe off was drawn to the area of contact instead of running from it.
I used it on a few cars back then, and it did lower the temperature which in my turbo charged Merkur was important. My wifes car lost it's oil due to a wire interfering with the gasket and the car was driven about 20 miles with no apparent damage. We drove the car another 50000 miles before it was sold.
It used to be called Engine treatment and their claim was that it was a metal treatment that was absorbed into the surface of the metal and act to keep an oil film in place. Some engine builders used it as an assembly lube.
Any comments or experience out there?
