I wasn't all that impressed with my Prius' driving dynamics -- until I replaced the awful OEM LRR tires with a set of Michelin MXV4s. I suppose on one hand, it's perfectly fair to evaluate the car as it comes -- with really ---- tires. On the other hand, while the MXs did not turn my Prius into a sports car, the change was stunning, and with no loss in mileage (after tire break-in).
I mention this because I think it's a real shame that some of the most discerning drivers are writing off the Prius because of Toyota's monumental blunder in sending it off the production line fitted with worthless Goodyear Integritys...
