Prevost “Warranty”

Two of my two-year-old Prevost quick air line couplers leak when a plug is engaged. I emailed Prevost to ask if the couplers are serviceable. Prevost replied that they are not serviceable and are guaranteed only if Prevost plugs are used. My plugs are Milton. Aren’t all brands of M style plugs supposed to be interchangeable?

That is the hook, use their plugs or no warranty. The high flow are Euro which Milton calls a V and the same thing but I don't know about the M style.

Did they ask for proof of purchase? I just placed an order with them last week and ordered a few of their plugs to go along with their couplers.

I’d tell them I used the same plugs with them and get new ones lol. How are they going to know? That’s kind of sucky on their part having a limited warranty like that.
