Preventing depoits-How?

Maybe changing oil based on fuel used might be a better indicator than miles on the odometer. With poor mileage conditions you would be changing your oil sooner.

I think there are a few things we haven't mentioned. An auto-rx can clean a lot of deposits even in an engine run on dino and 3000 mile changes. May not apply if you use a quality synthetic.
Also I think Techron and Marvel Mystery oil have there place in you insist on absolutely no deposits.
