I might use this for an Acura/Honda, 50 cents vs $10 OE psf.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

DO NOT use that in a Honda!
You don't have to go the dealer, but whatever you use MUST be marked as suitable for Honda/Acura! There are several aftermarket power steering fluids that are acceptable.

AAP is clearing out Fram-branded Honda Power Steering Fluid for $8/qt, if any are still available at your local AAP

I do not own a Honda, but what is so special about Honda Power Steering Fluid?

I made the BIG mistake by putting in a non HONDA/ACURA P/S fluid into my ACCORD’s P/S system and my steering became very stiff and I lost steering return. Some Honda vehicles experienced different issues with their steering while others may not. I can’t answer as to why Honda/Acura P/S system is different but they are. I was able to flush my system with HONDA P/S fluid and everything returned to normal.

I just flushed SD's Honda Accord with Lubegard Honda specific fluid about a month ago. I'd have gone for the Fram closeout, but I wanted the Lubegard super duper Liquid Wax Ester (LXE). No way would I put a regular Big 3 type PSF in a Honda or Acura. Just like I won't put it in a Euro car spec'd for CHF11S.

I have used aftermarket Honda p/s fluid with reasonable success, (Bardahl being one of them). However, what I have noticed is that the steering becomes sticky when outside temperatures approach 0 deg F. Otherwise they're fine. I do give a thumbs up to the LugeGard Honda/Acura P/S Fluid as being the best aftermarket in my experience. But, only if you can't get HONDA GENUINE.
