Prestone....coolant

Hey
Does anyone know if the Prestone All Makes coolant contains, 2-EHA ??????...I have sent 5 e-mails to their tech department and so far no answer......,
I can not find this info published anywhere......can anyone find a MSDS for the prestone all makes coolant ?

I have read that 2-EHA is not friendly to gaskets over the long term.

Funny that came up, I just flushed my coolant 2 hours ago
I did the prestone super flush and then used Prestone 50/50 coolant.

Can't help you Nicholas. But, I have a question for Dino No.

Having used the prestone flush, I assume you flushed your whole system out with clear water.

If so, how did you achieve a 50/50 mix in your system if you just poured in the pre-mix 50/50??

Since approximately half (+/-) of the entire coolant capacity is left in the engine block after draining, that 50/50 mix you installed would have been diluted half again.

Ah that question came aross me when I was doing my drain and struck me dumb, so in the middle of the whole process I did some research and found out of I added some Royal Purple, Purple Ice.. it would make up for the imbalance.
Sucks for all of the other people out there that flush their rads.

Btw I ended up with 4 milk jugs of toxic water, am about to dispose of
