While at WM this morning I noticed they raised the price on PP. Also, note the DEXOS emblem on the container.

Reg price for 4.73L PP jug is in the low 40's up here. Absolutly no reason for it with the dollars being pretty much at par these days. Pure greed

Yes....just checked my local WM....and the price has gone up for PP. Now its about $2.50 above Mobil 1.
So.....decided to purchase, and use again, a 5 quart jug of....Mibil 1 0w20 for $21.97.....that being just a $1.50 above QSUD.
I've been using the M1 0w20 for the past six months....and am very pleased with it.

Walmart's oil price is set not by the "quality" as perceived by BITOG'ers, it is set by the profit margin. If the distributors/producers raise the price of certain brands Walmart will raise price for those brands and when it didn't sell, they will do clearance and stop carrying those brands.
We all know that M1 0W40 is higher quality than 10W30(different application of course), Walmart sells both at the same price because their cost is the same for both.

I also Noticed the price of OCOD's went up as well at auto parts stores. Don't know about walmart, don't go there much.
