Can you use dex3 or dex6 in a 09 tahoe pump.

If it is under warranty, I would not do it. Buy what it says in the book. In an emergency, it would work, and I am sure if you only used Dex in the PS pump it would last just as long as if you used PS fluid.

What does the manual say? My 94 Camry was Dex3, my 99 Dodge Ram is PSF only, no ATF it says.

Since we are only talking about 1 QT or so, price should not be an issue.

I just got a few containers of Amsoil PSF to use in my Chrysler vehicles.

I would not use atf in that app.
