On a side note, I did notice a small "clump" of what looked like flaky crystals in the bottom of the coolant bottle (Maybe about the size of a pencil eraser), now granted I've had the coolant since ~February (guessing), but never seen that before.

2014 Honda CRV. Bought her used only a month ago. I believe the previous owner had never serviced the cooling system. I did 4 drain and fills with deionised water and a final fill with Nulon 100% concentrate to get the ratio back to 50/50. It's rated for 500,000km or 8 years. Used it previously on a Civic for many years and it worked fine.

1991 Toyota pickup. 80k miles. Cooling system never serviced. Flushed with six gallons of distilled water, then refilled with Zerex Asian red. There was no apparent rust or major chunks. Looks good for 35 year old coolant. "Long Life" indeed.

2000 BMW 323ci w/ 85,000 miles.
The cooling system components wear out waaaaaay faster than the coolant ever will.:mad::mad:
Using the usual European blue coolant.

2018 4Runner. 104,500 miles. First coolant service. Drained radiator and block. Refilled with Aisin ACT-002. Car Care Nut has some of the Toyota autists worried about the 100k mile interval. Looks good to me.
