This is five year old mower. self propelled 6.5 HP with 21 inch cut. I recently changed oil and I think i filled in too much and ever after it lost horse power, I even drained it and refilled with proper level. runs like a 800CC motor now. Any idea how to solve it? When put in to drive it sounds like it is going to die. As soon as take off from lawn runs like 800CC motor. I would greatly appreciate any help.
