I was watching a YouTube channel that I subscribe to 'Sweet Project Cars' and the guy behind the channel had a video in it where he used one of the PlanetSafe products on wiper blades. After perusing the PS webpage, I found that they make an oil and gear additive that when used with engine oil, is 1 oz/quart.

It's intriguing as they claim and have supposed 3rd party tests showing that their oil additive performs on par or better than full synthetic oils when mixed into conventional oil. I wonder what this is made with and if anyone else has heard of it.

Yea, I saw that. Makes it tempting. Some of the people in the reviews section of the oil and gear additive have stated that the product stopped their cam phaser rattling on start up, and that especially was intriguing. I don't think their products are too highly priced either.

Well, of course. However, that's the reason that this subforum exists I suppose. SDS doesn't give anything informative about what's in it. Not that I can glean, anyway.

1oz per upto 1 gallon.. might as well add nothing.

turns conventional oil into synthetic performance!! -- sure.
