Recently acquired 95 Neon with the Chrysler 2.0 SOHC engine. After an oil change it started consuming oil at about 1qt/1,000 miles. Exhaust is stinky and the oil smells burnt on the dipstick. I picked up a can of B12 to do a piston soak and I’m wondering how much do I use per cylinder? How long do I wait? Do I do it twice before I clear it out or is once enough? Where is that burnt smell coming from? I haven’t poked at the PCV system on this car yet but I’m planning on it

I’d suggest getting a cheap endoscope off Amazon or eBay.
You’re also probably going to need more than 1 can. The way I did it was to adjust the pistons using the crank pulley so that they were all about equidistant. Then pour enough B12 so that they’re at the bottom of the spark plug hole threads. Rotate the crank every 4-6 hrs over a total duration of 24 hours. Keep the cylinders topped off as there will be loss across all or most of them over the 24 hours. Good luck!
