Wish me luck. Wanted to try a clone and this one came up as a good deal coming kinda close but not quite to the husky 460 rancher in terms of power. Comes in a little less powerful than it, and the echo cs 620p will smoke it. But it does seem to outpace alot of 50cc pre emmisison saws.

Hate the name and the color but for a hundred bucks ya can't be picky.

Ahhh, the good 'ol 'Pinkway Comprehensive Upgrade'. A favorite amongst chainsaw enthusiasts.

All kidding aside, many of the clones make good platforms for mods. Let us know how well it works.

I loved the comprehensive upgrade verbiage. It looks like decent performer in the videos. I wonder what the actual CC is.

That's hilarious! Unbelievable that anyone could make and ship for that price.

I have a DeReal 6220G (same Zenoah clone as the Pinkway) and it's actually been a decent saw for about $120. I toss it in the ATV or Jeep for trail maintenance. It will likely leak bar oil as soon as you fill it. LOL

What will you do when parts start failing/breaking? Try to repair or trash it? Honest question.

Here's a fun video of some tree service guys using one:

These Chinese copies are of the early 90's Komatsu / Zenoah 340 saws. There are still parts out there to repair them.

Personally, I have quite a few powersaws and my Clone is more of a backup / trail unit. It runs pretty well for what it is. The power isn't bad when tuned either (they are loud - the muffler is already "modded"), but are not up to the same power as my Stihls/Huskys.

I believe the Novice Lumberjack, aka Empire Workshop, went through the effort to calc the displacement and found the advertised 62cc unit to be around 58cc. They are all likely similar.

I will try to fix anything I can, but if there is a major failure, it will go on fleabay for parts. I will most likely replace the stretch rope asap with standard rope. I have elastic starters. My 223L trimmer has the ez start spring and it truly sucks.

Well I un boxed it and fueled and oiled it. Started good, just like any without a primer it took 8 pulls. They used a Chinese oil to lube the engine as it smoked heavy. New bars and chains suck. I made it very tight to the point you could hardly pick the chain up knowing it would loose. After running it without cutting for about 5 minutes the chain was loose. I tightened again and now it is staying tight but I have experienced this with all my saws even with Oregon stuff.

Engine runs nice and has a zippy throttle. Can't wait to beat the snot out of it.

Well the snow is still coming down. Who would thought there would be snow in December. All the logs that are down in the woods are covered in ice as well. I hate waiting......

I've got a slighlty relatable problem. I now have a fantastic gas (Echo) and a very capable electric (Makita 40V) chainsaw, and I've finally finished cutting everything I bought them for, which was a project at my in-laws' house. I live in a neighborhood with nothing to cut. So for the foreseeable future, the new-ish saws just sit there, sad, unused.

Got to run 4 tanks thru it and the chain brake does not lock anymore. Its like its jammed.

Other than that the engine is a screamer. Sounds awsome and is super zippy throttle response. Factory chain actually cuts shockingly good one rakers were lowered.

This engine runs like a nice 50cc class saw. Reminds me of a 455 rancher.
