Photo thread for tacky car mods

I'm going to out myself here. The headlight eyebrows are genuine J.C. Whitney. Got them in the late 80s for a 60 GMC. Sold the truck and kept the goodies. Clearance lights are current and just because I could. Forgot to photo the fake crockagator hide seat.

Aren't those more like eyelashes? The grille has extensions that function as eyebrows. ;) I like those old Power Wagons.

Sorry, no photo, but those decals car dealers put on every vehicle they sell are ghetto as hell (They used to be actual [cheap] emblems. (Usually coupled with license plate frames). 1st order of business with any new acquisition is removal.

Honorary Mention: unnecessary emblems (i.e. "V6" that came on my Tacoma); like anyone really cares what kind of engine it has, and MAYBE the few that do, probably know or have one.

I believe these are remnants of the days when the sales guy would actually walk you thru the lot and could point out the different models... "SR5" badge is actually a popular options group. I believe all of these were intended to be removed after the sale, but easier to leave them on and some people like to brag/show-off (Exempt would be truly awesomeness like the Superbee or 289 Hi-Po)

I’m in the Philippines right now.

Most of the motorcycle carts have spoilers on them. Everyone likes to deck everything out. I haven’t even been taking pictures of the crazy cars cause it’s too normal here.

The last one is a Jeepney. Most of them are huge buses but some of them are lowered personal cars.

The very first post on this thread is a "ute" 1st Gen Scion xB. Here I found a 2nd Gen Scion xB that's been turned into a "Ute", as well as got a hot-rod chop. I think this is definitely a tacky one, but props to whoever spent time and money into making it happen... It's for sale for $15k in Texas somewhere. "SCIONIDE" ☠️💀

Spotted in the northern Cincinnati suburbs Wednesday night. You'll have to trust me when I say it was even more hideous in person. Bars over the windows.... Ok. So nobody breaks in and steals, whatever. Certainly wont steal the extension cord very securely wrapped around whatever those things are in the front. And I have no idea what that 20 ft antenna in the front is trying to prove. You could practically hear this thing rusting just sitting there, the underside looked like it was about to fall onto the pavement. The more I looked at this thing, I didnt know what I wanted to do more, laugh or barf.
