I was beside a similar Jeep in traffic today, with a set of 4 brand new "Venom Power Terra Hunter" tires.
How do i know they were new? the Shop didn't peel the shipping/info stickers off of the treads. you just saw a flash of color from the middle of each Tire's tread as they rolled...

Soooo...I totally approve of the louvers, but that rear bumper treatment is a disaster. It looks like the door and quarter panel are damaged....and the quarter glass is broken out!

there's just another set of Louvers over the quarter glass...
