Phillips 66 Motor Oil in same bottles

Here’s a few of of what I can find of Phillips 66 oil in the same bottle with different labels and brand
Anybody know of more that Phillips 66 bottles for ?

Does an oil company have that many different synthetic oils, OR, are they the same base stock with different add packs?
I'm thinking the latter.
I’d think if all the bottles pictured above were tested. Probably wouldn’t be a nickel’s worth of difference in any brand. I believe only the bottle changes as it goes down the production line
 
They have the 66 in "99 cent only" stores in socal, i think they are $2-3 quart. Only have 5w20 and 5w30 in syn blend though.
