pf13 vs pf20 AC Delco

Found a large quantity of pf20's for $1.5 ea at the local kmart clearance. The pf20 box cross ref to ph16 fram. My 93 5.2 dakota and 98 T+C van can use ph16 (not that I do), but the AC Delco catalog lists a pf13 for them. Seems pf20 was in older mopars and is a bit longer. If the pf20 fits are the rest of the specs ok ? Sent email to the AC site w/o any reply.

So long as you have the clearance for the extra 1/2" or so of length, there should be no problems whatever. If there's room, you could even run a Motorcraft FL-1A(sorry, I don't know the AC cross for that filter).
