Going to give this oil a try on my upcoming oil change on 2018 F150. It's dual rated CK4 and API SN. Got a good deal on a couple jugs, can't see any reason why it won't work just fine 🤷

It'll work just fine. I ran some of the Duron oils in my Expedition ages ago, they performed very well as far as I could discern.

A power company I did contract hydraulic repair and machining for ran their whole fleet on delo 15w-40 from their boom trucks, telehandlers, excavators, cranes, fork lifts, generators and other equipment to the smaller f150's, rangers, and many ford fusions and escapes and some other random vehicles. The employees would suck down the bulk tank for themselves when no one was looking. Many of the fords were ecoboost and they never had an oil related failure but delo isn't calcium heavy.

There's no reason to fear CK4 when it's dual rated. Even though SN can be high calcium since SN+ was there lspi became a concern I've never seen an SN hdeo be calcium rich or have a saps above 1.0%

Definitely a good choice, but my only hang up is the A3/B4 oil being high in calcium and bad for EB engines.

D1G2 is a good start though.
