Petro Canada OIL ?

So I'm doing my oil changes at Dealer car still on warranty only 12k left
and out of curiosity i asked about oil and what i heard that they use oil from Petro Canada - bulk.

huh...I'm running conventional oil....
I hope my car will thx me for next change with Yellow Bottle


so what do you think about P. Canada oil ?

how will you compare Castrol vs Penz vs Petro Canada ?

Castrol uses base oils produced by Petro-Canada in many cases.

Pennzoil I would say is the better of the three overall all-around, Petro-Canada has nothing wrong with it and beats GTX on cold performance, and GTX is a great oil for higher temperature operations and has a stronger additive package than the Petro-Canada oil.

I'm quite pleased with the performance (although I don't have UOA numbers to back it up) of both P-C Synthetic (Miata) and Maximum dino(Sentra). Cold weather/start specs are excellent for both oils and I have an Oilchangers in my back yard (almost) if I want to go that route.

It's good oil; don't worry about it. Pennzoil and GTX are good as well, but I don't think there is any reason to go out of your way to replace the P-C.
