Pep Boys Pro-Line Coolant?

Any good? It's the green stuff, 50/50....Cheap when it is on sale. Curious as to how it is!

I believe this is a conventional silicated formula. If that's what you want, go for it.

Thats all we use at our shop. It's got lots of specs it passes on the jug.

I prefer the silicate and phosphate-free coolants such as Prestone All Makes All Models as they tend to have a longer service life and may be less damaging to seals.

I think the ready to use stuff is a waste of money. Think about it, you pay for one gallon, or buy the stuff you have to add water to, and you make 2 gallons for the same price,get it?

I'm using Peak Long Life in my 1988 Mustang GT. It's been in there for a year and a half. No issues to report.
