Obviously, you didn’t read the owners manual statement properly. ;)
You think it was me? I did ask you to post the section that tied the material specification to a requirement for warranty, but you did not. I’d say the ball is in your court.

People come on here all the time and say their owner’s manual or warranty booklet requires something that isn’t there. To date we’ve never seen that supposed text.

Why do you want Pennzoil Ultra Platinum?

Here's Castrol Edge EP 0W-20:

Thanks. Looks good but I need the m2c962 spec, which now Looks like has been upgraded to the M2C972 which I believe both the Pennzoil platinum and the Pennzoil platinum ultra have.

I guess you got glossed entirely over the part that read
“It is your responsibility to make sure that all of the scheduled maintenance is performed and that the materials used meet
Ford engineering specifications. Failure to perform scheduled maintenance as specified in the Owner’s Manual will invalidate
warranty coverage on parts affected by the lack of maintenance. Make sure that receipts for completed maintenance work are

You’re repeating yourself. And you’re starting to become personal. That’s bickering.

How you interpret the text and how he interprets the text are different.

Repeating yourself, and personal criticism against another member, are not making your case.

Everyone knows that you have to follow the specs in your owners manual to honor your warranty.
Not in Maryland!
Check through your owners manual for anything that mentions #Warranty.

Really!
Failure to perform scheduled maintenance as specified in the Owner’s Manual will invalidate
warranty coverage on parts affected by the lack of maintenance.
How can this be proven?

The reason I’m repeating myself is because he’s not listening. He’s asked for the information in writing repeatedly and I’ve given it to him and no, it’s not up to interpretation. It’s pretty clear to anybody that understands English. I don’t understand these personal attacks on me when I’ve done nothing but try to help him understand what the #Warranty requires. It’s pretty clear. If anyone’s been badgered, it’s me if you don’t wanna look at the warranty requirement, you don’t have to that’s totally up to you.

Nope I didn’t. You’ve given a good example of how the manual doesn’t say you suppose it does.

I’m listening just fine. You aren’t understanding what you’re reading and posting.
