What does everyone think of using pennzoil Platinum 5w30 in a chrysler 3.3 v6 with about 150,000 miles on it...It does not leak or smoke but i want to clean it up a little??

Why no problems at all, what did you expect to happen? will be a great oil for it,do some much needed cleaning i bet.

i run M1 of course in my 230,000 mile Z71.

i got it when i had around 180 on it, @ 210,000 i did the intake gaskets and she was clean!

Heck yeah.
I've had PP in my '97 Accord at mileages close to those of your car.
No problems.
If it ain't broke, PP won't make it break, or leak, or burn oil.
Some people have reported higher consumption on their first run or two of PP, although I haven't seen it.

Switched my '89 Accord to synthetic at 210,000 miles, had only seen conventional oil before that.

No problems at all, no oil leaks either.

FS 10K OCI w/ quality filter (P1, M1, or KN ) . i've got a 3.5l , chrysler motor, and give the used oil after a change to a friend to dump into his mazda '92.. on its death bed,...

says it never ran better since I started giving him the used oil.. lmao

I don't see how you could go wrong. Mom's Caravan w/3.3 hit 75,000 after free dealer oil changes since 2003 and its was noisey for quite a while and and the first change of GTX 5w30 turned black very fast and the lifter noise was not improving. I dropped it and add 10w30 Rotella and it took about 400mi for it to quiet those lifters down nicely and runs very quiet now. PP is good stuff.
