Thanks for doing a VOA, I like what I am seeing in this oil. Should be GDI friendly, relatively speaking.
Looks pretty good, but no Porsche A40, which is IMO big drawback.
I always thought MB 229.5 was more stringent than A40. Guess I was wrong, or there's a "political" reason behind.

The 5w40 version is A40 and also LL-01. I'd suspect a similar add pack to this one.

Seems that though not EXPRESSLY designed to show relative performances between different specifications.....it still shows relative performances between different specifications.
I know. I am putting it this week. But, it is shady and the reason why it doesn’t have A40 is not that they don’t care.
Does it have 229.5 approval? The Castrol Euro 0-40 looks more stout.
It has MB229.5. But yeah, Castrol would be also my choice over this.
Yeah it should have. I wonder if there is something about GTL that has a hard time with meeting A40?
I don’t think so. 5W40 is packed with it. M1 0W40 is majority GTL but has A40.
