Pennzoil HM 5w20 SN

Has anyone switched to this oil and see it help consumption?

2002 Accord with 2.3 115,000 miles. Uses a quart every 2000 miles during hwy/interstate driving. PCV is good. Various oils used include Honda dealer bulk, Pennzoil Conventional 5w20, Eneos 0w20.

I just switched to Pennzoil High Mileage 5w20 SN. If this doesn't help then I'll try the 10w30 flavor. I was just hoping to stay with a 20 weight first.

Try Maxlife 5w-20 if the Pennzoil does not help. It can be had in 5 qt jugs at wal-mart.

Have not tried the Pennzoil High Mileage but Maxlife can do wonders for consumption.

Pennzoil High Mileage helped my relatives '99 Neon alot.

Also a friend with a abused SRT4 switched from M1 High Mileage to Maxlife Syn and it dropped his oil consumption from 1qt every 2k; to 1qt every 5k by the second fill.

Pick a High Mileage oil and run it twice. Usually by the second fill, the High Mileage additives show their true colors
