I think ultra platinum is a good product. But, has “Superior Full Synthetic” been defined besides “has race car icon”?
I've always wondered what the difference is between Pennzoil Ultra Platium 0W40 SRT and Pennzoil Platinum 0W40 Euro.
Pennzoil Ultra Platium is supposed to be better than Pennzoil Platinum, but Euro certs are supposed to be more stringent than API/domestic.
I would have expected the Euro oils to have the Pennzoil Ultra Platium brand and SRT to have Pennzoil Platinum brand. Is Pennzoil Ultra Platium really a better product than the Pennzoil Platinum Euro? If it is, why settle for Pennzoil Platinum in your Euro application?
Specifically, what about Pennzoil Platinum Euro doesn't achieve the Chrysler cert? And vice-versa, what about Pennzoil Ultra Platium SRT doesn't achieve the Euro certs?
