Hello to all,

My last oil change for my Durango and wanted to use for the last time PEAK synthetic with a decent oil filter. Is this ok to use in my 01 Durango 4.7 liter engine???

Yes, it's good oil but I think its actually made by Old World Industries. You're supporting Danika, if that makes any difference (I don't watch or care about NASCAR).

This is true, WPP makes the bottles but the oil is old world industries, per the PDS. Now old world owns the peak brand so WPP could be making the oil and old world just using their own pds.

Yeah, I was just trying to stir the pot this morning. Had no idea Peak sponsers anyone else, it's just that Danika gets so much coverage that even someone like me that doesn't pay attention to racing can't help but hear about her somehow.

Hi you all,

Personally I don't care much if it supports Danika Patrick. I just need an inexpensive synthetic oil change cuz in about two months the old Durango is going bye bye! It's getting too hard to keep up now so I'm looking at getting a nice Camaro.

You'll have to change your handle!

I wouldn't even bother with synthetic oil if you're just getting rid of it. Just use whatever dino happens to be on sale at a store near you, or go to Walmart and get some Super Tech.
