How bright would this be? I see there's a sale on it and seems to be a good item to use in the garage. I just don't want to be disappointed with a lack of brightness.

From a marketing perspective, one million candlepower to me the consumer means super duper bright, but in acutality, it may be no brighter than the mini LED flashlights I get from Harbor Freight.

It's free after the rebate, so I'm thinking to give it a try.

Has anyone used this one million candlepower spotlight before? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

I have a 160,000 candle power spotlight and it is very bright and provides an impressive amount of illumination at a good distance away. I could only imagine how bright a 1,000,000 candle power light would be.

If you want bright, get this from Lowes: Stanley Mini LED Spotlight . It is currently half price at $19.97 and must be set at the lowest setting for most lighting applications. The brightness is rated at 192 lumens, but that seems conservative. Also, it is lightweight and runs cool due to the LED technology, unlike the PEAK floodlight. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed.
